For a boat trip with De Lamme Goedzak, reservations are required for groups of 10 people or more, and also if you wish to come on board with a bicycle or wheelchair. This way we can guarantee a safe, comfortable boarding.

Yes, absolutely. Our landing stage in Bruges is easily accessible by public transport.

Take Bus Line 6 (De Lijn) and get off at one of the three stops nearby.

From there, it is about a 5-minute walk to the quay of De Lamme Goedzak, along the Damse Vaart.

For current timetables, we recommend consulting the De Lijn website.

Please note: in Damme, accessibility by public transport is more limited, so it is best to depart from Bruges if you travel without a car.

On board, you can pay by card or in cash.

Please specify before payment whether seniors (65+) or children under 12 years are traveling, whether it concerns a single or round trip, and whether any deals or discounts apply. Once the bill is prepared, no changes can be made.

If you wish to receive an invoice, please indicate this prior to payment.

Yes, De Lamme Goedzak is wheelchair accessible.

A ramp is provided so that people with a wheelchair or rollator can easily come on board.

The outer platform is specially designed for wheelchair users and offers space for 6 wheelchairs.

Note: this platform is not fully covered, so in case of rain or wind, shelter is limited.

If you can manage a few steps, the upper and lower decks are also accessible. These parts of the ship are fully sheltered in bad weather.

Pets stay on shore from now on.

As much as we love welcoming dogs on board, unfortunately we have to change this rule.

This year, there were several incidents where a dog bit one of our staff members.

Therefore, for the safety of our crew and passengers, we have decided that dogs are no longer allowed on board.

We know that many dogs are perfectly calm and well-behaved, but after multiple incidents, we can unfortunately no longer take the risk.

Bicycles can only be brought on board with a reservation for a surcharge of €2 per bicycle. Please reserve in time, preferably at least 7 days in advance.

Yes, indeed! De Lamme Goedzak sails every day of the week (7/7) during our sailing season, including on public holidays, between Damme and Bruges and vice versa. Ideal for a family outing, even during a long weekend or holiday period.

As an exception, we do not sail on: June 27 and 28, July 30, September 4 and 5, 2026.

In Bruges:

You can park along the Damse Vaart. Please note: this is not an official public parking lot. Keep local parking regulations in mind.

In Damme:

In Damme, free peripheral parking (Damme Zuid) is provided, just 150 meters from our quay.

A convenient option for those arriving by car!

On board De Lamme Goedzak there is a permanent bar where you can get a refreshing drink.

Therefore, bringing your own food or drinks on board is not allowed.

Our bar offers a nice selection of drinks that perfectly match this unique experience on the water.

The quay in Damme is located at Damse Vaart Zuid 12. It is right in the center, making it hard to miss.

Moreover, Damme is a charming and romantic town that is definitely worth a visit.
